and rhythm based on varying inclines so that you\u2019re walking or running with a constant effort and your muscles under control.<\/p>\n<p>For long walks, the rhythm is right if you can still speak normally without getting out of breath.<\/p>\n<p>The descent, for those less fit or over-weight, should be addressed with caution.<\/p>\n<p>Before descending, recover your energy, drink and eat
